This year New Anthem produced, funded, or contributed work toward 27 regional Christian and charity events. Three of the larger events were producing and promoting "Sports Spectrum Night" at the Mark, stage management and production for Kathy Troccoli at the "Praise for Life" concert, and assembling the 200 voice choir for the Young Messiah Tour's "Emmanuel" Christmas show at the Mark.
In addition, we paid our JSB members for every appearance, regardless of expenses or losses. New Anthem also supplied event-specific posters for every event.
New Anthem does booking/promotion/development for six Christian Artists as well as provide equipment, advice and assistance to many of our friends in music ministry throughout the region. In addition, Timm clocked more hours with ComEd than any other year to gain funding for the 1997 season. "This year we've done more and lost more money than any other year! This was a great year! I love this job!" Timm says. "We've done literally as much as we could have."
