| The musical duo have been performing original, Top 40, and contemporary Christian music around the Quad City area for the past two years. |
| Ms. Sergeant has toured for four years with “Celebration Singers,” and has appeared in the Quad Cities Mozart Festival opera and, as a member of the Handel Oratorio Society, in the Augustana Symphony and the Quad City Symphony Orchestra. |
| Ms. Sergeant has studied drama, vocal music and dance, and has played over 20 dramatic roles on Quad-Cities stages such as the Adler and Upham Theaters in Davenport, and Circa '21 in Rock Island. |

Mr. Dalman
, also a songwriter, completes the duo's performance. Mr. Dalman wrote three of the songs which the duo will perform Friday.

| Before working with Jennifer Sergeant, Mr. Dalman toured the US and Canada for five years in a variety of performing groups. |
| The playlist for Ms. Sergeant and Mr. Dalman also includes contemporary hits by Amy Grant, Whitney Houston, Joe Satriani, and Gloria Estefan. The Sergeant-Dalman duo typically slip into their sets a few contemporary Christian songs as well. Some of these songs are the ones written by Mr. Dalman. |
| Over 8000 people are expected to turnout for the fireworks in Port Byron,
and 30,000 turnout each year for the Tug Fest weekend. |
| This year, as for the past two years, Mr. Dalman helped arrange for a lineup of entertainers to play music for Tug Fest weekend on both sides of the river, all appearing for free. For the past two years Mr. Dalman arranged all of the musical entertainment for Tug Fest on both sides of the river except for the final acts of the night. |
